INDUS Fest Dallas

Carnatica organized all day fine arts mela on March 7th 2015 show casing the best of Indian arts through a blend of music and dance featuring performances by the young local talents of Dallas and celebrities from India. Highlights of this year’s event:

Carnatica supported a program called “Nadayoga” in India by taking the services of to support the celebration of World Music and Yoga day in support of Education for the less priviledged on Saturday, June 20th 2015 at the music academy.

Carnatica organized a first of its kind global talent search in the USA in multiple locations – Atlanta, Dallas, Delaware, San Jose, Seattle and supported the grand Finale in India organized by Carnaticworld – our partener in India. The goal was to search for good talents and nurture them into star performers and grooming them as child prodigies. Through this talent search, identified talents were provided opportunities to perform in leading sabhas (organizations organizing performances) across the globe. Participants were provide global exposure via a popular Indian Television Channel “Sasnkara TV” and Global Net.

Fall Workshop

Carnatica organized a Fall workshop in 2015 by one of the most sought after musicians from India, Kalaimamani Vidwan Shri K.N. Shashikiran of the popular "Carnatica Brothers" duo for all levels – Basic, Intermediate and Advanced students on September 5th, 6th and 7th.
